Dog Waste Removal Service Policy
All payments must be made monthly by the first day of the month. A $20 late fee will be charged for payments that are received more than five days late. On the other hand, the monthly payment is due in full before cleanup begins.

Schedule Our Poop Scooping Services
Discounts are available for veterans, service dogs, senior citizens, veterinarians, and kennels. No credit will be given for weeks that Mr. Scoop is on vacation throughout the year. Call or email us if you are interested in scheduling our poop scooping services. The time of day and day of the week are not guaranteed due to the unpredictability of weather and traffic. A one-time cleanup fee will be charged for the first visit in addition to the monthly price. No credits or refunds will be granted once the first visit has occurred and service has started. Please call for an estimate.
Any additional dog(s) added during the terms of a contract will result in a $150 fee per additional dog. It is the client's responsibility to notify Mr. Scoop of any additional dogs living or staying at his/her residence. Failure to do so could result in the immediate termination of services with no refund.
