A one-time cleanup fee will be charged for the first visit in addition to the monthly price. No credits or refunds will be granted once the first week has started. The cost for five dogs or more begins at $1700 per year. Please call for an estimate.
No credit will be given for weeks that Mr. Scoop is on vacation throughout the year.
The time of day and day of the week are not guaranteed due to the unpredictability of weather and traffic.
Any additional dog(s) added during the terms of a contract will result in a $150 fee per additional dog. It is the client's responsibility to notify Mr. Scoop of any additional dogs living or staying at his/her residence. Failure to do so could result in the immediate termination of services with no refund.
All payments must be made monthly by the first day of the month. A late fee will be charged for payments that are received more than five days late. On the other hand, the monthly payment is due in full before cleanup begins.
